Group 3 - Day 2 - Morning - High Ropes and Archery

Flaming flamingos…what an awesome pair of sessions Group 3 have just had! INSPIRING…you bet! Filled to the brim with ENJOYment… almost certainly! ACHIEVEments for all… definitely! Our first session this morning was the leap of faith and high-wires. It was humbling to see the children set targets for themselves that they not only achieved but went beyond. See the pictures below for how brilliantly the children did during this particular session. Moreover, Mrs Taylor and Mr Johnson are bowled over by the levels of support our children are offering each other. They are really getting the most from this whole experience...although we have caught a few yawns after a later night last night!

Following this, we channelled our inner Robin Hoods and learnt about the finer points of archery. Again, it was super to see how the children pushed themselves to better their skills and meet the challenges set by the instructors. We certainly discovered a few secret archers in our group as we now head to the lunch hall to refuel and recharge before the excitement of this afternoon’s climbing and caving…
