Fraction of an amount

In maths this morning, we were focussing on how we could find the fraction of an amount. We were using our times tables knowledge to help us with quickly being able to divide by the bottom (the denominator) and times by the top (the numerator). Using these number facts, we used the iPads to play a few quizzes on Blooket; this was great fun!

We were able to demonstrate our knowledge and answer questions confidently in different game modes: Gold Rush, Battle Royale and CryptoHack.

After this, we used this to help us answer some more challenging questions in our books.
