Let's build a sentence!

Today in English, we have been focussing on using verbs, adverbs, expanded noun phrases and prepositional phrases. 
In groups of three, we were given 5 pictures of African animals and took it in turns to choose an expanded noun phrase, verb and adverb for each one. We then worked together to put our ideas into full sentences with the added challenge of starting each one with a fronted adverbial!
