Match the VIPERS!

Today in Comprehension, we had some questions to sort. First, we recapped what VIPERS stood for, drawing on previous VIPERS learning.  We then sorted the questions into Vocabulary, Inference, Prediction, Explain, Retrieval and Summarising questions. After we had done this, we talked about the expectations of the length and content of the different types of questions.   We had to find the corresponding text for the coloured questions we wanted to answer and finally we tried to answer some of the questions in pairs. Good awareness of question types, everyone!
