Up periscope!

Today in science, the children of Year 6 have been exploring how light travels and how reflective surfaces can aid this. We created periscopes in class, discussing when they could be used and how they worked. We were able to then use them to explore how light travels in straight lines and how effective a reflective surface can be at helping us to see more clearly.

It was wonderful to see everyone working so well in their groups and investigating how light can be reflected!
