Science Week 🥼🪴🥚

Year 3 had a special and fun science lesson with Atomic Tom. We learnt all about the surface of the Earth and about the Tectonic plates across the Earth's surface that are constantly moving. This is how volcanoes and earthquakes are formed. We used eggs and demonstrated that by cracking the shell of the eggs it looks like the edges of these Tectonic plates. Thankfully, they were hard-boiled eggs! The children also set up an experiment to test what plants might need to stay healthy. This experiment will take a few weeks to show any results, so we will keep you updated on what the children find out!
