Science Week and Maths Fun!

A big well done to Year 5 for engaging brilliantly with our special Science Week Workshop visit from Atomic Tom! You all were to brave to try the Van der Graaph.

Today, Year 5 recapped their learning on 3D shapes. We discussed what makes something a 3D shape and the properties that help us identify the name of the shape. We went to the ICT suite to create a poster using pictures of 3D shapes and included the number of edges, faces and vertices of each.
