Parents and Off-Spring

Today in Science we learnt about animals and their off-spring. We talked about how off-spring usually resemble their parents. We discussed how we have inherited some features from our parents and grandparents. We then carried out a matching task to match animals with their off-spring. We tried to find animals that were similar in looks to their parents and we learnt some new names for different types of off-spring. We also discovered some animals that don't look like their parents at all, like caterpillars.
