⚓ A Pirate's Life for Year 1! ⚓

Year 1 had a fantastic time celebrating Pirate Day on Friday! We were so impressed with the amazing effort everyone had put into their pirate costumes and the children absolutely loved becoming pirates for the day!

Throughout the day, the children took part in lots of exciting pirate-themed activities, including building pirate ships using KAPLA, colouring, completing pirate challenges, making pirate hats and designing their very own pirate outfits. There was also plenty of singing, dancing and even painting biscuits to look like shiny gold treasure!

Some of our brave pirates even took on the challenge of walking the plank...

It was a wonderful day filled with creativity, imagination and lots of pirate fun! Well done, Year 1! 🏴‍☠️
