Blast Off to Leicester!

This Monday, Year 5 enjoyed a fantastic school trip to the National Space Centre in Leicester. We were all thrilled to extend our learning, having just begun our new space exploration Theme. The visit allowed us to explore six fascinating galleries filled with rockets, satellites, and meteorites. We also watched an astronaut show in the domed planetarium and climbed the impressive 42m rocket tower, where we tried hands-on activities and learnt about the history of space travel. Well done everyone for engaging in such a wonderful day!
