Life Education

On Thursday, Pamela, from the Life Education team. We met Harold and his friends again and learnt about the importance of looking after our mental health. We talked about how we could make other people happy with simple things like a smile or a compliment and how important physical activity is to our mental well-being. We also learnt about some of the chemicals in our brain and how recording our feelings can help. After being creative and making an origami heart, which realises dopamine, we listened to some calming music, a mindful activity which increases serotonin. Who will you give your heart to? How will it make them feel?
