Today in PE we took a short break from Tag Rugby and worked on our overall fitness. We started by raising our heart rate while performing some fitness exercises: star jumps and tuck jumps.

After this warm-up, we played an exercise game called 6 to 1. This involved performing 6-reps of 6 different moves, then performing 5, then 4 and so on and so until we reached 1. This was great fun and allowed for each class to work cooperatively with their peers. The 6 exercises we performed allowed us to use different muscles and to work on our overall fitness.
