The Train Ride!

This week the children listened to the story, 'The Train Ride'.  They discussed what we might see when on a train, ordered the story and then wrote sentences about what they might see.  In maths, they have learnt about 2d shapes and their position compared to other shapes.  One of the challenges this week was to work together to create a train with large construction materials.  The children worked well together and made some lovely trains.
