Egyptian Art

Today in Year 5, we have begun exploring the wonderful world of Egyptian Art! We've had a look at hieroglyphs, statues and tombs for inspiration and thought a lot about the natural resources they would have used during the Egyptian era. We discussed the key colours and materials used to decorate a sarcophagus and combined all of this into a double-page spread of inspiration for our theme this term.
