Being an Egg-pert is Egg-hausting!

We have had an egg-cellent few days designing containers to protect a fresh egg from breaking when it was dropped from a height. The children worked really hard in their teams, first coming up with their own designs and then creating a design together that incorporated their best ideas. The children then made the containers, and the teachers dropped them.

We are proud to say that not a single one of the eggs broke, apart from the one that Mr Wilson dropped to show the children they were real eggs! After we had dropped the eggs, the children wrote some amazing evaluations about how they could improve their containers.

The children proved themselves to be fabulous egg-perts, who egg-pressed themselves well and showed egg-ceptional behaviour. Well done, Year 4!
