Scribe like an Egyptian!

In our Art lessons this term we have been studying Egyptian art – looking at hieroglyphs, statues and artefacts and picking out design features and colours. Last lesson, we made our own paper to mirror the papyrus used by the Ancient Egyptians, and today the children transformed  their paper into scrolls- by adding their own Egyptian designs.
