Fun with Comprehension!
In Year 5, the children have been learning about the importance of instructions and understanding the order and detail in which they are written, drawn or recalled. We've learnt about the wide range of instructions in the real world and how and why instructions are so important. Following the Space topic, the children have created their own space art with a comprehension focus. They've drawn on so much of their learning in English to create their art, write their instructions and comprehend in order to create their own salt planets!
