To kick off our new theme, we travelled from Woodland View to The Arctic Circle. The children were all very excited to visit the immersive room where we zoomed north and landed in a strange icy land. We saw numerous polar animals, the northern lights and watched some traditional Inuit activities, like building an igloo. It was a fabulous way to start our topic and really sparked the children’s interest.
