This week in computing we have been taking the first steps into learning about programming and algorithms. We practised giving our partners precise instructions to move around the classroom and found it trickier than we first thought! We then moved onto learning about directions and programming the bee bots to travel along a route. It was great to experiment and work out how to move these robots. We had a little competition at the end of the lesson to see who could predict how many moves forward we would need to get the bee bots from one side of the hall to the other. We had some very close guesses.
