Rainforest Mascots!

Year 3 Blog ArchivedComments Off on Rainforest Mascots!

Year 3 have been working hard to produce a persuasive report about why their favourite rainforest creature should be chosen as a rainforest mascot. They had to use a range of persuasive devices such as rhetorical questions, emotive language and the power of three in their reports, and reports had to be full of interesting facts. The children researched a wide range of exotic creatures such as pink river dolphins, jaguars and poison arrow dart frogs. Then today, 3VN was a peaceful haven of twinkly lights and relaxing piano music whilst we published them in a blue writing session!
