After a fabulous coach journey, we had a wonderful time at Fairburn Ings. We took a walk to spot wildlife; learnt about how bird’s beaks are adapted to their environment – trying our hand at finding worms with a pincer beak or a spoon beak; and looked at a range of bird skulls to consider this further. We also tried our hand at using binoculars!
We have now arrived at Stableside and are settling into our rooms before dinner.
