We have continued our theme, into the woods. The children have been learning about the different seasons. We went on a walk and spotted seasonal changes. We then used coloured tissue paper to decorate trees from different seasons. We have explored the outside garden using the outside kitchen to make ‘fossil soup’. We have dug for bones and looked carefully at what we can see growing. In maths we have learnt about sharing and halving an amount. We have cut and ordered the parts of a flower. We have also enjoyed drawing a flower from observation.
