Following on from World Mental Health day on the 10th October, we have been considering what it means to be mentally healthy. We talked about how not only keeping our bodies healthy, but also how we can keep our minds healthy. We also discussed the fact that it is ok to not be ok and if we are ever worried about anything or just not feeling right, there is always someone out there who can help us. We read the beautiful book – The boy, the mole, the fox and the horse – by Charlie Mackesy, which is full of inspirational ideas that can be used to uplift us when we need a boost. We each then thought of our own uplifting well-being messages that could be shared with the school and with you. We were blown away by the sentiment of some of their messages and can’t wait to see them on display! We hope you can see how powerful their messages are too!
