Today, all of Year 5 had their first BrassStart (formerly known as Soundstart) session! This music session is a fanstastic opportunity for all children to learn a brass instrument and will run all year. In today’s session, children had to buzz using their mouths to determine which instrument which would suit them best. The three instruments which are available to play are trumpet, baritone and trombone.

Once the forms are filled in, and as of next week, the children will be able to bring their allocated instruments home so they can continue to practise their music skills at home too!
