The children have settled in brilliantly to year 1 this week. We have been doing lots of different activities and exploring our new environment.

In maths, we have been learning all about place value. We have been working hard at sorting, counting and representing numbers.

In Topic this week we have been learning about forces and how things move. We worked together in groups to sort different things by how they move. Legs, wings or wheels.

What a fantastic start to the year we have had!
