Today in Year 5, we looked at how to plot coordinates on a grid. We discussed the definition of a quadrant and the rules for writing coordinates (using brackets, commas and ordering our numbers correctly for the x- and y-axis). After, we played battleships! We had lots of fun using our coordinates knowledge to try and sink our opponents battleships and destroy their fleets!
