On Tuesday this week, Year 4 took to the great playground to explore mathematical problems using a range of maps and their orienteering skills! We worked in North, East, South and West teams to travel through an assortment of cones labelled with numbers and operations – each journey lead us to a mathematical problem which we had to solve in our groups or pairs!

This task was new and challenging for many of us, well done for showing brilliant persistence!
