We have loved learning about the Ancient Egyptians in Year 5! Over the last couple of weeks, we have learned about the process of mummification and very much enjoyed the gory details! We even had a go at completing some of the steps ourselves (with a model of course!).

We have also been investigating the gods and goddesses of the Ancient Egyptian world – completing a treasure hunt to find out key facts about them, using the iPads for research and then making our own god or goddess Top Trumps card!
