We’ve had a great start to the summer term!

This week we have been looking at counting in tens and adding equal groups of items together. It’s been beautiful weather so we made the most of it and had maths outdoors.

The children were fantastic at finding groups of ten things and counting up in groups…I think we went past 100!

It was lovely to get outside and explore the outdoors, we had fun talking about the minibeasts, spring and describing all the things we found.

On Thursday, we had a great PE session with Kate Sparkhall. We learnt a dance to The Lion Sleeps Tonight. I was super proud of how well the children did during this session and we hope to include the dance in our upcoming performance!
