In Year 5 this morning, we worked in pairs to make tarsia grids using our knowledge of Roman Numerals. We needed to match the numbers to their Roman numeral and follow the pattern. We also discussed when we would see and use Roman numerals in the outside world.

The children had lots of fun and worked brilliantly in their pairs to achieve on this difficult challenge.
