This half term, in PE, the children will be testing their own individual fitness. Each week they will be taking part in a circuit training session whereby they will be completing a series of different exercises that will help all muscle groups. The children will have a minute to complete one exercise and record how many times that did that particular exercise, for example counting how many jumping jacks they can do in a minute. The aim is that each week they will be able to increase their stamina and increase their amount of repetitions they can do for each part of the circuit! This week was an introduction to the different exercises and there was a lot of red happy faces.
