This week the children have been learning all about France. We have learnt some French words, sung some French songs and learnt about some of the sights in France, French foods and French schools. We also enjoyed some chocolate croissants for snack this week which went down well.

We have continued our carousel of activities this week, with the children completing tasks such as designing a cycling jersey, colouring a rainbow using the French names for colours, designing a bike, writing about what they want to get better at in Year 1, what’s in Mr Thomas’ Curiosity Cube and being at the beach, building with the mobile and playing a game.

Alongside this the children have been making flags, writing postcards, using the Numicon, playing more games and much more.
