This week the children have been helping the Smartest Giant in Town to order and measure the height and length of his different clothes. They have been working hard to use the correct language of longer, shorter, taller, longest, shortes and tallest to compare the items.

For challenges the children have been designing a tie for the Giant, sorting summer and winter clothes, practising doubling and halving and playing rhyming bingo.

In the classroom they have building various models using different contruction materials; telling stories using the puppets; building a den for a hen; using dice and counters to double and much more.
