This afternoon, we started our new Science topic which is all about sound. We launched into today’s lesson by having a walk around the school environment and listing sounds that we heard around the school.

Some of our favourite sounds we heard today were:

• birds tweeting
• grass swishing beneath our feet
• children laughing
• car stereo music
• airplane in the sky

I wonder what different sounds you can hear at home or when you’re out and about!
