Ordering Decimals

In maths this week we have been focussing on using decimals. As part of our learning, we have thought about the place value of decimals, ordered and compared decimals and even multiplying them by integers!

On Wednesday, we had a closer look at ordering decimals. After discussing the rules and strategies around ordering decimals, each class was set the challenge of ordering decimals based on a number of rules. After starting with a basic sequence, the challenge was furthered through restricted numerical values, numbers to different decimal places and completing the challenge in silence!
