Great Barrier Reef
This week, we begin work on our sixth and final theme: Global Warning. This theme centres around conservation and the protection of our oceans, waterways and the many other marine environments around the world.
During one lesson, we focused on coral reefs, with a particular emphasis on the most famous reef in the world: the Great Barrier Reef. We conducted some research about the reef, finding out about its location, the threats it is facing, the impact humans are having and the animals and living organisms that can be found there.
As you can see from a selection of the work below, the presentation pieces were amazing and were incredibly informative; we were really impressed by the effort and care taken over this work!
